Refund Policy

For one-time credit packs, you may request a no-reason refund within 7 days of payment if you have used no more than 50 credits from that pack (50 included). Requests made after 7 days or after using more than 50 credits are not eligible under this policy.

Subscriptions: request a refund within 7 days of payment and use less than 20% of the credits included in the purchased plan.

Do credit packs expire?

One-time credit packs are valid for 2 years (730 days) from issuance after successful payment. Unused credits expire at the end of this period.
